About Us water hygiene
Water Hygiene Solutions Ltd are a nationwide, experienced water hygiene company specialising in the commissioning of new mains pipe work through swabbing, pressure testing and chlorination. We are able to provide commissioning services for both MDPE and DI pipes and any size range and length.
We always meet or exceed the Water Authority TGN 2 specification for adoptable mains and all pressure testing is performed to the IGN 04-01 specification with full data-logging performed.

Water Chlorination is the process of adding a known amount of chlorine into a water system to effectively disinfect the system through the oxidation of the micro-organisms present in the system. The system is then flushed through and tested to ensure it is returned to a level consistent with the Water Authority’s mains supply.
This renders it safe for the conveyance and storage of water and ensures no micro-organisms are present which may cause ill health to users of the system.
